The Needs you list on Today is everything across the business that needs a person, grouped by the move it calls for. Each group says plainly why an item is there.
The groups
- Overdue follow-ups: a follow-up date has passed. Call or text.
- Send what's written up: drafted but never sent.
- Price the job: a job with no proposal yet.
- Chase approvals: a proposal is out and the customer has not answered.
- Close out visits: a visit that was never marked done.
- Collect what's owed: an invoice is open or overdue.
- Touch quiet leads: a lead with no next step.
- Get on the calendar: sold work that is ready to schedule.
- Ask for the win: a finished job that is ready for a review or referral request.
Things that cost you later
- Crew compliance: missing or expired paperwork.
- Lien waivers waiting.
- Safety and incidents to review.
Pro tip: Do Send what's written up first. Nothing else is as close to money.
Items clear themselves
These are not tasks you tick off. Every item comes from a real record, so it disappears when the record changes. Send the proposal and it leaves the list.
- Tap a row to open the record.
- Snooze an item from its menu to hide it for a while.
- Snoozed items are counted at the bottom of the list.
Who sees what
Members without money access never see money rows. Field members see My next steps instead, a short list of their own work.
