Today is the first page you see. It lists what needs you right now, in order, with a button on each item so you can act without opening anything.
What is on the page
The page reads top to bottom. A greeting comes first, then your numbers, then what needs you.
- Your numbers: Owed, Overdue, Collected this month and Booked this week. Crew and members without money access do not see them.
- Needs you: a ranked list. The first item is the one to do next.
- Today's schedule: today's stops and who is on each.
- Since you looked: what happened while you were away, such as a signed proposal, a payment or a customer reply.
Act from the list
Each row says why it is there, for example who owes what and how late. The button on the row does the job.
If you cannot deal with an item today, snooze it from its menu and it comes back later.
- Send reminder, Approve, Bill and Confirm run right from the row.
- A row that needs more, like a proposal to write, opens the page for it.
- Open the row to see the record behind it.
- Items clear on their own once the underlying work is done.
The bell and the plus
The bell at the top opens Notifications and Calls. Catch me up there writes a short summary of what came in. The plus button starts something new: a job, a lead or a proposal.
Pro tip: Clear the items that say a document is written but never sent first. The work is done and the money is waiting on one tap.
If something does not load
Today never shows a blank list when it could not read something. It names what failed and offers Retry, so an empty page always means there is truly nothing for you.
