Schedule is where you book work and keep it filled. Open Jobs and choose Schedule. This is where dispatching happens, and it replaces the separate Dispatch board.
Five scales
On iPhone the Gantt is read-only. On iPad, Mac and web you can drag a bar to move it and drag its end to resize it.
- Day: one row per crew member, stops on a time line.
- Week: crew by day. Gaps show on the bottom row.
- Month: every day of the month with the value booked and open crew days. A tray lists jobs that still need a day.
- Gantt: jobs as bars across their days, grouped by crew or by job, expanding into phases.
- Map: one route per person. Navigate opens the next stop.
Fill the day
The top of the board counts stops, stops that need a crew, stops that need a time, and clashes. Fill the day steps through every gap for today and tomorrow: Crew, then Time, then Tell. It is done when every stop has a crew and a start time.
Move a stop
Drag a stop to a new time or person, or open it and change Who, When or Tell. Every change is previewed first.

- The crew it touches gets a push.
- The customer's text is shown word for word with a switch. Nothing is sent unseen.
- Quiet hours hold the text until morning.
- Crew are ranked: free first, then those who have done this trade, then those nearby.
- A refused move changes nothing.
Phases in the Gantt
A job can have a plan: phases and milestones. A phase can start after another. Moving a job moves its phases. Add a phase from the job in the Gantt, and choose the people from the job's crew.
The crew's side
Crew see their own stops with On my way, Arrived and Done. You see En route, On site and Done on the board. When you change their day they get a push and tap Got it.
Lanes
Stops are colored by lane: Install, Sales, Measure or Service. Each shows its icon and name, never color alone.
