The command bar finds anything and creates the common things. It sits at the bottom of the screen on every main page.
Search
Tap the bar and start typing. Results are grouped: places in the app, actions, then customers and jobs.
Search follows your role. If you cannot open a place, it does not show up.
- Type a place name, such as Money or Call history.
- Type a customer's name, a job number or an address.
- Try the account number when you are on the phone. Names repeat, numbers do not.
Create
Open the plus button to create something new without first going to its page.
- New job, New lead and New proposal.
- Add Customer.
- Bill a Job and Change Order.
- New Drawing.
Pinned places
On iPhone, More and account has a Pinned grid. Pin the places you open most and they are one tap away.
Pro tip: Type a job number to jump straight to that job. It is faster than any menu.
