On the drawing canvas the command bar at the bottom also runs commands. Away from the canvas it is the search and create bar (see Search and the command bar). Type a command and press return. Commands are not case sensitive, the field clears after each one, and suggestions appear as you type. The mic button dictates a command instead.
Groups
- Drawing: new drawing, drawing info, projects (the drawings list), layout name, newlayout name.
- Media: camera, gallery, notes, documents, overlay, import.
- Tools: draw grid, draw pencil, pencil shape, fill, erase, tag type, pin type, view side, zoom, snap, labelstyle save.
- View and edit: lock, unlock, maximize, restore, undo, redo, clear, history.
- Reports: report, generate report, review, share drawing, customize, reset colors, reset styles all.
- AI: ask, narrate, completeness, duplicates, scope, energy, customer, patterns, fieldnotes.
- App: account, company info, knowledge base, help, level.

Learn the short forms: snap s, tag w, draw g, view f, pin d. A typical run is new drawing, layout Kitchen, draw grid, snap s, draw the plan, tag w, camera, report. The Command Quick Reference lists every command with its function.
An owner or admin can hide the command bar from the team under Settings, Team, Field tools.
