My pay: your hours, your week, your stubs

Clock in, check your week, confirm or dispute it, and read your pay stubs. For anyone who is paid through the app.

My pay is your own page. It only shows your own time and your own pay.

Clock

The top of the page shows whether you are on the clock. Clock in picks the job you are assigned to, or Shop for time with no job. Change job switches mid-day. Clock out ends it. The clock keeps counting if the app closes.

Your week

This week lists your hours day by day, with overtime shown. When the office asks you to confirm, a Confirm your week card appears. Check each day, then confirm. If a day is wrong, choose Dispute a day (or Dispute your week), say what is wrong and what it should be, such as I left at 3:30, not 5, and send it to the office. They fix the day or answer you, and you get a notification.

If you forgot to punch, or punched wrong, use Fix my time. Pick the day, enter the in and out times (or just the hours if there was no clock), say what happened and send it. The office approves or edits it. You see Sent to the office, then Fix approved or Fix denied with their note.

Pay stubs

Your stubs list every pay run you were in. Each shows the pay date, take-home, taxes withheld, deductions and per diem, with year-to-date figures. A run the office voided shows Voided, not paid. A stub made by Gusto or Check says so. No stub yet means no run has been paid with you in it.

Where it is: My pay in the app's menu, and Settings, You, My pay and hours. Nobody else sees your wages unless the owner gave them payroll access.
