entryLINK is ProVia's ordering system. The integration brings its orders and quotes into your proposals so you do not retype them.
One company login
An owner, admin or manager saves the company's entryLINK login once in Settings, Integrations, ProVia entryLINK (a distributor portal login is supported). ProVia checks it and the server keeps it encrypted. No phone or computer keeps a copy, and everyone in the company imports through that login. Change login replaces it. Turning ProVia import off stops it for everyone and keeps orders already imported.
Import an order
In a proposal, choose the ProVia order import and search by order, PO or job. Pick the order and its lines are added. An order with no lines cannot be added.
The Quotes are our cost setting decides pricing. On, imported prices are your cost and get your margin. Off, they are taken as the customer's price.
In drawings
A tag's size is checked against an imported order. A difference of more than half an inch shows as a warning under the tag's size fields.
