Call history lists the calls and voicemails that came to your business number. Open it in the Sales group of the rail, from Calls on Today's bell, or from Pipeline.
What you see
- Calls and Voicemails, with a search above them.
- Each row says who it was: a known caller, linked to a customer or lead, or Unknown.
- Answered calls are marked. A missed call is not.
- Voicemails also arrive in the customer's message thread.
Link a call
A call that is Not matched to a record can be linked. Tap it and choose the customer or job. Later calls from that number then match by themselves.
Who can see it
You need access to the market the number belongs to. If you do not, the page says so. A page that could not load says so too. It never claims nobody called.
The business number
Call history fills in when your market has a business number. The business number, texting and calls are not part of the 14-day free trial, because a number and each text cost money. They start when you pick a paid plan. Until then the page is empty, and customer messages go by email.
Pro tip: Call back the voicemails first. A caller who left one is still choosing.
