Inviting your crew is how your installers, office staff and subs get their own sign-in. It is part of the Team plan. On Pro and during the free trial there is no crew invite. Settings, Team, Get more with Team shows what Team adds.
Send an invite
Open People and choose Invite. Pick the access level first, then send it by email, or share the link by any app (Share Invite Link, with an optional message). A pending invite shows as pending until it is accepted, and you can revoke or resend it before then. The person opens the link, signs in and joins. An owner or admin then assigns their markets and jobs from their page.
- Field: capture only and scoped to their jobs. It does not use a seat.
- Office: customers and jobs. It uses a seat.
Seats
A Team plan includes 3 office seats and extra seats are added on the web. Scale has unlimited seats. When every seat is taken, an Office invite offers Add seat and invite, or Buy a seat, or Open billing. Once the seat is added, send the invite again. If you are not the owner, the invite asks you to ask the owner. Field invites always work because they use no seat.
After they join
Field people land on their assigned jobs and Today. Office people get the CRM, with money hidden unless you grant it. You can change access, markets and permissions on their page at any time.
