Admins can choose which app features are available to team members, in Settings, Team, Field tools, under Crew features. Disabled features are completely hidden from the team while the admin retains full access.
How Feature Toggles Work
Feature toggles let the admin control which tools appear in the app for team members. When a feature is turned off, its button or UI element is hidden — not grayed out or disabled, but completely removed from the interface.
The admin always has access to all features regardless of toggle state. Accounts without a team are unaffected. All features are enabled by default.

Available Toggles
Measurement Tools: AR Measure, Level Tool, and Elevation Scanner can each be toggled independently. Disabling these removes their buttons from the toolbar and overlay menus.
Camera & Media: Multi-Capture Camera (removes the camera toolbar button) and Photo Markup (hides the markup button in photo viewer).
Productivity: Command Bar (hides the command input field) and Review Dashboard (hides the review button in the footer).
Collaboration: Share to Team (hides the share option in the drawings browser) and Live Editing (hides the edit button on cloud drawings).

Pro tip: If your team does not use AR measurements or the level tool, turn them off to keep the toolbar clean and focused on the tools your field techs actually need.
