The viewer report is a clean read-only page you can send a customer. It shows your logo and contact details, the drawing name and address, a swipeable photo gallery and the tagged items grouped by department, with windows and doors grouped by style, sizes and notes. A flagged-only filter and section jumps help the reader.
Send it
Generate it from the drawing menu or with report. It opens as a printable layout to email, message, AirDrop or save as PDF. Recipients cannot change the drawing.
An owner or office can also send report links. Links anyone can open are listed under Settings, Team, Shared links.
