Product Lines

Therma-Tru offers three main fiberglass collections: Classic-Craft for premium hand-crafted wood-grain detail, Fiber-Classic for versatile mid-range options, and Smooth-Star for clean, paintable surfaces. Steel doors are available in the Profiles line for budget-conscious drawings.

Each collection includes sidelites, transoms, and multi-panel configurations. Door styles range from traditional raised panels to modern flush designs with decorative glass options.

  • Classic-Craft: premium fiberglass with realistic wood grain.
  • Fiber-Classic: versatile Oak or Mahogany grain fiberglass.
  • Smooth-Star: smooth, paintable fiberglass surface.
  • Profiles: steel doors for budget-friendly drawings.

Measuring for Therma-Tru

Therma-Tru doors use standard rough opening sizes. Measure width at the top, middle, and bottom of the opening, and use the smallest measurement. Measure height on both sides and use the shorter measurement. Record the wall thickness for proper frame depth selection.

For replacement doors, measure the existing door slab (not the frame) and note hinge side, swing direction, and any sidelite or transom configurations. Therma-Tru pre-hung units include the frame, threshold, and weatherstripping.

  • Measure width at three points, use the smallest.
  • Measure height on both sides, use the shorter.
  • Record wall thickness for frame depth.
  • Note hinge side, swing direction, and sidelite configs.

Pro tip: Use the Door tag type in Measure Tech PRO to document each opening. Add width, height, and wall depth in the measurements field, and note the Therma-Tru model in the style field.
